GASTRONOMY
 

The style of food that one would come across in the Alentejo is primarily Portuguese but with many influences. It´´s identity has changed but still unique. Influenced greatly by its geographical situation.

The freshest of fish and meat is used to create very flavoursome variety of dishes. Rich and satisfying. Lamb, pork and exceptional cuts of beef are compiled with local produce.

Coriander, and parsley are the main herbs that are used with, of coarse lots of garlic. Home grown bay leaves, rosemary, wines and honey make the gastronomique experience unforgettable.
